All services are provided based on the facts and details supplied by the client. The client is responsible for the accuracy and truth of all data shared with LegalBizAll.

Use of this site does not create a lawyer client bond unless a formal service agreement is accepted by both sides.

3. User Duties

By using this site, you agree to:

• Use the site only for lawful aims.

• Avoid misuse of the site or any content.

• Avoid any act that may harm the site, staff, or other users.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees for services are set out in a separate agreement or proposal. All fees must be paid as agreed before or during service delivery, unless other terms are stated in writing.

Late payment may lead to pause or stop of services. LegalBizAll may revise fee terms for new service requests.

5. Refund Policy

If a client seeks a refund of fees, the request must be made in writing to [email protected] with clear reasons.

Refunds are reviewed based on the stage of work, time spent, and tasks completed. If work has already been performed, the refund may be partial. If work is near completion or fully delivered, a refund may be denied.

No refund will be issued for delays caused by the client, lack of response, or failure to provide needed data.

Any approved refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original fee, unless another method is agreed.

6. No Legal Outcome Assured

LegalBizAll provides legal support based on skill and care. Outcomes may vary due to factors beyond our control, including court action, third party acts, or law changes.

Nothing on this site forms legal advice for a specific case unless you have entered into a formal service agreement. General site content is for info use only.

7. Client Data and Privacy

We handle client data with care and in line with privacy law in Canada. Data shared with us will be used only for service delivery, legal duty, or internal record use.

We may store contact data such as name, phone number, and email for service contact and admin needs.

We apply reasonable steps to protect client data from loss, misuse, or access by third parties. However, no data system is fully secure.

8. Confidentiality

All non public data shared by the client will be treated as confidential, unless disclosure is required by law or court order.

The client agrees not to share any draft, memo, or legal plan prepared by LegalBizAll with third parties without consent, unless such sharing is required for lawful business use.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, design, logo, and layout, is owned by LegalBizAll unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, reuse, or modify site content without prior written consent.

Legal documents prepared for a client may be used by that client for its own business use. Such documents may not be sold, licensed, or shared for use by other parties without consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, LegalBizAll is not liable for indirect, special, or related loss arising from use of the site or services.

Our total liability for any claim related to services shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service in dispute.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is not allowed by law.

11. Third Party Services

The site may refer to third party tools or services. LegalBizAll is not responsible for the content, acts, or policies of third parties. Use of such services is at your own risk.

12. Termination

We may suspend or end access to the site or services if a user breaches these Terms, fails to pay agreed fees, or engages in unlawful conduct.

A client may end services by written notice. Fees for work already done remain due.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Alberta. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta, unless law requires another forum.
